The NeXt-generation Data Governance 2026 workshop convenes technical, legal, and societal researchers alongside industry experts to address these challenges. It focuses on data governance, data spaces, identity wallets, and the European data strategy’s impact. The workshop supports trustworthy, interoperable solutions for managing data, policies, and provenance, and for handling legal documentation under GDPR, DGA, Data Act, AI Act, and EHDS.
