While FAIR understanding is now in place, communities do not yet clearly see the practical value of FAIR Digital Objects, as technical developments progressed in parallel with onboarding. Year 2 will therefore focus on FAIR in practice, demonstrating concrete benefits through co-design, demonstrators, dashboards, and solution pathways linking stakeholder needs to technical services.
