It is the conference tutorial preset with the program committee added: a workshop runs its own call and reviews its own contributions, so it has a reviewing body of its own, where a tutorial does not. Everything else is the same - the workshop's own sessions with their details, questions and answers, and messages. Every view is listed with gen:hasView rather than gen:hasTopLevelView, so each one appears exactly where its own gen:appliesToInstancesOf says it should: hasTopLevelView pins a view to the space's own page whatever its class targeting says, which both puts the session-only panels on the space page and stops the shared ones reaching the session pages at all. The panels that have to reach the workshop's individual session pages carry that reach in the view itself, so assigning this preset is the whole setup - there are no per-space view displays to publish alongside it, which a preset could not express in any case.";
