A field standing for a person, an organisation or a bot should be an nt:AgentPlaceholder rather than a plain URI placeholder. It gives the form agent lookup and selection, and it marks the value as an agent for anything reading the nanopublication later.

Where the person filling in the form is the likely value — an author, a presenter — add nt:hasDefaultValue nt:CREATOR, and the field is pre-filled with the logged-in user.
