The project provided new methods and workflows for integrated access to harvesting, liberating, linking, accessing and re-using sub-article-level data - specimens, material citations, samples, sequences, taxonomic names, taxonomic treatments, figures and tables - extracted from literature, and provided for the first time access and tools for seamless linking and usage tracking of data along the line: specimens to sequences to species to analytics to publications to biodiversity knowledge graph to re-use. Its main result is the Biodiversity Knowledge Hub, a single knowledge portal to interlinked and machine-readable FAIR data.
